Colico Living with Topland Group have commissioned Rocke Associates to undertake pre-application consultation in respect of a full planning application for the demolition of existing structures and construction of student accommodation with ancillary space and retail units at Friary House, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AE.
We give notice that Topland Group and Colico Living are intending to apply to Cardiff Council for full planning permission for the following development;
Erection of building (up to 25 storeys) for mixed use purposes, including commercial space (part ground floor) and residential accommodation for students comprised in a combination of cluster flats and studios with associated accommodation and works following demolition of existing buildings.
Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 (As Amended), the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.
