Harbour Court,
Anchor Road, Bristol
The site was acquired on a subject to planning basis for the construction of Purpose Built Student Accommodation.
Planning consent was obtained for 133 rooms of student accommodation in a mix of studio apartments and cluster flats.
This complicated construction project involved substantial sub structure works and metal sectional SFS construction providing substantial programme and cost savings. It was delivered with a regional contractor on time and to budget.
The project was forward funded by an investor alongside bank debt.
Prior to practical completion the development was let in its entirety to a local University, and the investor traded it on once stabilised.

Swansea
The site was acquired on a subject to planning basis on behalf of an institutional investor. Two separate site acquisitions were required to assemble the totality of the site.
Planning consent was achieved for a 14 storey PBSA building housing 310 students just a stones throw from the main campus of the Swansea University.
